Cant download java from anywhere?

Ok -- Computer has been recently reformatted and now I need to put Java on it.





I tried to download java from java.com and sun.com and it refuses. I've tried on a total of 4 computers now, including having my friend try on hers. Everywhere I go on the internet that tells me I can download java from there will send me to a page that won't load. Always says "cannot find server" SO??? How the heck do I get java?





I thought maybe I could download limewire and get it from there, but, when downloading/installing limewire, it says that the java part of it failed. Grrrr.





Please, if you decide to help, please dont just give the address to a webpage without FIRST clicking download to make sure it's actually going to download.

Reply:Two ways to get it. First go back to www.java.com and manually download it and two just go get the latest version of lime-wire it has it.
Reply:Look up Sun Microsystems. I have found Java on www.java.com. - no problems.
