okay this has just started happening to me. i was trying to download stuff from download.com. and when the download is half way there --as an example-- the download says complete when its done. can this be a bug of vista or of the program im downloading my self, this has happened to me on xp so i doubt that its vista but i never know
Download's Wont Complete?
i had this same problem click on start and go to control panel then click on network connection once at the screen click on your active network connection and choose an option to the left called "repair connection" and wait till it completes also try resetting the modem by unplugging it from the wall for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
